1. About Us
T&G Repairs is a phone, laptop and device repair business based at Bristol Road, Selly Oak, Birmingham B29. By using our services you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
2. Repair Services
We provide repair and diagnostic services for smartphones, tablets, laptops, MacBooks, gaming consoles and other electronic devices. All repairs are carried out by our trained technicians at our Selly Oak premises.
3. Estimates & Pricing
All prices quoted are estimates until the device has been inspected. We will always confirm the final price with you before carrying out any repair. Prices displayed on our website are indicative and may vary depending on the condition of your device.
4. Data & Privacy
You are responsible for backing up your data before handing in your device. T&G Repairs accepts no liability for data loss during the repair process. We will never access, copy or share your personal data without your consent.
5. Warranty
All repairs carry a 3-month warranty covering parts and labour. This warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or faults unrelated to the original repair. See our Warranty Policy for full details.
6. Uncollected Devices
Devices not collected within 90 days of repair completion will be considered abandoned. T&G Repairs reserves the right to dispose of or recycle uncollected devices after this period. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before doing so.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair carried out. We are not liable for any consequential loss, loss of earnings, or damage arising from the use or failure of a repaired device.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
