90-Day Repair Warranty

Repairs carried out by T&G Repairs are covered by a 90-day repair warranty from the date the repair is completed. If a replacement part supplied by T&G Repairs develops a fault, or there is a problem caused by the workmanship of the repair, we will inspect the device and, where the fault is covered by this warranty, repair or replace the affected part at no additional charge.

Warranty Example

If T&G Repairs replaces your screen and the replacement screen later develops a fault during normal use, this may be covered. If the phone is dropped after the repair and the replacement screen cracks, the accidental damage would not be covered. All warranty claims are subject to inspection to determine whether the issue is related to the replacement part or the original repair.

How to Make a Claim

To make a warranty claim, bring your device back to our Selly Oak shop with your original receipt or proof of repair. Our technicians will assess the device and, if the fault falls within the warranty terms, carry out the repair free of charge. Warranty claims must be made within 90 days of the original repair date.
